Arirang (Korian Restaurant)

I went to have a dinner with my friends at "Arirang". This restaurant serves Korean, Japanese and Thai food. We ate Korean food. I tried "Bibimbab(Rice topped with vegetables, meat and red pepper paste)" and it was delicious but I want to serve it hotter. My friends ate "Dumpling soup" and "Jeyuk Bokkeum(Stir fried pork with spicy sauce)". Both of them looked very good. I love Korean food, especially winter day. Fortunately, this restaurant is near my apartment. So, I will go there several times in this winter.

Nice to finally see some Korean food in upstate NY, before I noticed this restaurant out of the corner of my eye I thought it was impossible to find one in the capitol district. And although there is a severe lack of Korean restaurants in the area, this one isn't good just because its the only choice, the food is amazing, the service is great and they even serve the traditional Korean side dishes (which are amazing.) Also, if you aren't feeling adventurous and you like other Asian cuisine, they also have a great variety of Thai and Japanese entrees as well. They are still new, so they are working on their liquor license, so no soju or beer yet, but soon... soon.
